Distances (see photograph):
- 5000 meters for men's (senior) run
- 3000 meters for women (senior) run
- 1700 meters for junior A categories (jointly men and women), with separate lists of results for each group
- 1100 meters (common run) for junior B categories (jointly men and women), also with separate lists of results
Water conditions: Its temperature increases according to the sea proximity. At the starting points of senior runs it will be of 16ºC, reaching 18ºC by the starting point of junior A run and 19/20ºC at the arrival part.
Participation rules:
- Senior (men): born before 31st–December-1991 (this day included)
- Senior (women): born before 31st–December-1992 (this day included)
- Junior A (men: born between 1st–January-1992 and 31st–December-1994 (both days included)
- Junior A (women): born between 1st–January-1993 and 31st–December-1995 (both days included)
- Junior B (boys): born after 1st–January-1995 (this day included)
- Junior B (girls: born after 1st–January-1996 (this day included)
- Masters: In accordance to the regulations set out in the Descenso´s Official Rules (pdf 115 kb).
Prizes (only in the senior categories, and for the 3 first men and the 3 first women) :
- Winner: 1000 €
- 2nd ranked: 700 €
- 3rd ranked: 400 €
