X Long Distance Swimming Asturias Cup

Date and Time: Thurdsday, 14th - August - 2008, at 15:30hrs. (Official Spanish summer time)

Water conditions: The competition will take place over a circuit set out in the lowest portion of the Navia River estuary (its closest part to the sea). Although it is seawater, the estuary is always calm and there are no waves. Water temperature forecast is around 18/20ºC (centigrade). The length of the circuit is 1250 mts. Thus the participants shall swimm four full laps of the circuit.

Cash prizes:
 • Winner: 800 € (and a trophy)
 • 2nd ranked: 500 €
 • 3rd ranked: 250 €
